Iced Cafe Con Miel


Cafe con Miel - I do not always have time to make it to Starbucks, so I created this delicious ice coffee recipe.

  • 2 cups refrigerated prepared coffee
  • ½ cup milk or coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • ? teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg


  • Combine all the ingredients into a small pot and bring to a boil on low heat.
  • Stir until honey dissolves.
  • Serve hot or refrigerate and enjoy over ice.
