Instructions
Brush ramekins with butter. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Apple Filling
In a large bowl mix apples, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, lemon juice, and vanilla to make sure apples are fully coated. Transfer evenly into 4 buttered ramekins.
Cover each ramekin with foil and transfer to the air fryer for 20 minutes. Remove foil and stir the apple mixture.
Crisp Oat & Pecan Topping
In the same bowl add brown sugar, flour, oats, pecans, cinnamon, salt, butter, vanilla, mix together until crumble forms. Sprinkle evenly over each apple-filled ramekin.
