Easy Homemade Spiked Eggnog - Delicious homemade eggnog made with just four ingredients in under 4 minutes. Awesome shortcut to your favorite drink for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups French vanilla ice cream
  • ½ - 1 oz dark rum
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • whip cream

Instructions

  • Put ice cream in a microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until you reach a liquid consistency.
  • Add in nutmeg and rum then stir well. Optional: refrigerate for at leas 1 hour if you want to serve the eggnog cold. Or heat mixture for another 1-2 minutes if you want to serve warm.
  • Top with whip cream and additional nutmeg and serve
