Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup espresso or strongly brewed black coffee
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup oat milk
  • ¼ - ⅓ cup Bob's Red Mill Maple Sea Salt Homestyle Granola optional

Instructions

  • Brew espresso/coffee and pour into mug two mugs.
  • Divide and stir maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon into each mug.
  • Add oat milk to a mason jar and heat in the microwave (uncovered) for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and seal the mason jar with a lid. Secure a good hold on the mason jar with a towel and shake vigorously for 90 sections or until you see foam forming above the oat milk.
  • Gently pour the warm oat milk into the brewed coffee while holding back the milk foam from the glass with a spoon.
  • Top with a thin layer of milk foam and a sprinkle of maple granola.
